I was just wondering on what peoples opinions are on the 3rd season of Shugo Chara, Shugo Chara Party. Now I haven't read the manga however this season seems even more distant from what I have heard. Also it seems to have lost the feel of the previous seasons. Wondering what other peoples opinions on the new series is. I personally need to watch more than 2 episodes to state my conclusion; however so far, I'm a bit skeptical....

I have read the manga, I this story arc doesnt even appear in it lol, so saying it is distant is an understatement....

I personally think its kinda weird. Its got people in it now for one thing, and its only 15 mins of the anime and the rest is other random stuff.

Dunno about anyone else, but i think i prefer the previous two seasons

yes anime is showing only 15 minutes and other time is fortune telling and other weird stuff I liked 1&2 seasons more than this new but I still watch it

Taemond, 1) The manga is so much better. Especially with what's going on right now. 2) The anime is going off-course. >< Which is really upsetting, honestly. But it doesn't really concern me anymore, seeing that I haven't watched any anime in the past 5 months...

i like the 1 &2 season more i mean the 3 isn't really about amu and i hate it that ikuto isn't there anymore and i hate all the other shit ( srry )

If you want to find the actual manga, you need to look it up as "Shugo Chara".

...What are you talking about? Shugo Chara is on-going, and comes out monthly. Both MangaFox and OneManga are on Chapter 48. I don't know why MangaFox says that Shugo Chara is completed, but it is on-going.

That's why if you keep clicking to the end on OneManga, you'll come to the page that at the very top, says "OM/Shugo Chara/To Be Continued..." That, and on the last page, it said "In the April Issue 'Shugo Chara! Encore!' Starts up!..."

What do you think Encore will be like? To be honest, i thought the last arc with the star path or whatever its called (cant remember :heh:) was a tad disappointing. Im happy that not the complete end

Yeah, thats what i gathered. I could easily be wrong though, but thats what it seemed to imply :\ which i find really sad since i liked Ikuto and Amu together

...Well, in case you haven't noticed, Shugo Chara not only teaches us about being our true selves, it teaches us of the harsh, cruel world out there, and the good there is in the midst of it, and how to move on in life =P. Amu and Ikuto may never meet again in Shugo Chara, but we never know what'll happen in Encore. And even if they don't meet, that shouldn't be too much of a problem, because we're moving on from the past. XD Don't become so sentimental over the ending of a good manga. Lolz.

I only read Shugo Chara online so I am wondering if I can buy Shugo Chara in America... They don't sell it in AUS...

Yeah, you can buy the manga here. But unlike reading online(where it's complete), you can only buy up to a certain volume, because that's all that's out so far. But you can always go online and buy a complete set.

shugo chara party....started watching it, and yeah....thinking I should have stopped at the end of the 2nd series (Doki was it? xD That's what I get for spam watching it in like a week. xD) Definitely wanna read the manga though, since the reviews from my friends have been positive~

I really think it's a cute series though~ :lol: Guess I'll be adding that to my long list of "manga to read" XD
