Alright,, I have a question and this one it's very important...

So, the top thing it's the voice, Right? And the Squares are chords for guitar

But.. I have alot of sheets like this...

http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/2448/voicin.jpg

Those are IN MIDDLE OF the piano sheet.. I WANT TO THINK of THEM AS A GUIDE OF THE SONG, As how the sound makes the lyrics..

OR.. is it also mean to be singed?

From what I can see here, you are supposed to sing the top line of the lyrics and read the treble clef to give you what notes you have to sing. Then I am guessing that there is a repeat somewhere; go back to where it tells you to then when you come across this phrase again, sing the second line of the lyrics. Most music is written like the second image you have, simply because it saves space. To sum it up; the lyrics belong to the top part.

what i'm really triying to ask it's if you do have to sing ..........

in the second one IT'S IN MIDDLE of a PIANO sheet, it has no voice tref

what I'm saying is that in the second picture I'd like to think of them as a guide as how when you play the piano it sounds like the song.

But I'm not reallyy sure if those are made to sing..

that's pretty much my question

in the first image it's obvious.. but what about the second?

Okay.
In the first image, there are two separate parts:
1) The voice bar
2) The piano bar
Each with their respective parts.

In the second image, there is only one bar, and that is the piano bar.
The lyrics are there, as you said, to be a "guide."
The first arrow that you made on the left side is pointing to the left hand's part, the bass part, and the arrow on the right is just accompaniment.
So the areas you pointed are not part of the melody.
