For those of you with a Nintendo DS, I have finally decided that pictochat sucks. I don't even understands its purpose.

It was for innovation. It's kinda like how the new DSi has the dual camera thing. Nintendo can't come up with very many third party developers that are decent, so they instead work on user interaction of their product and visualizing new avenues.

so very true. I despise the fact that for pictochat you have to be within I think it was 65 ft. Anyone that close would be in your house! that completely defeats the purpose.

Luckily, the main emphasis of the DS isn't Pictochat, so it doesn't matter if you will ever use it apart from the once a year game of 'send the dirtiest picture you can to your other friend who is staying at your home for the night and brought his DS'.

I mean, when you have the New Super Mario Bros., I don't think you are going to have an internal conflict on if to play that or use Pictochat late at night.

True. And what's up with the DS downlaod thing?

Download play?

If you want to play a game with a friend, and only one of you have the cartridge, the other can 'download' the game and play it as well.

whenever I try it it never works. Hmmm.....

pictochat would be better if you had a friends list and could do it over wifi
or even send pictures or messages to them when they are offline
