I may be able to help if you give me some more information. What's does your ensemble consist of? How many players for each instrument? What's the skill level? How long until you need it?

hm well i think first of all i need those for the instruments in the song. and if i need sheets for other instruments would it be okay if ask for those afterwards again?
about level skill i don't know anything sorry^^ but i'm a no good in music theory or whatever it is and my english is also pretty bad. well about the time i#d need it. i think you have plenty of time. you'll have more time than you'll need. the concert at our school will be in summer next year^^

What I'm really looking into is how many people you have in your ensamble. How many Violinen, Bratschen, Violoncelle, Konträbasse, Flöten, Oboen, Klarinetten, Fagotte, Hörner, Trompeten, Posaunen, and Tubas?

Also, how many years on average have the people in your ensamble been playing their instruments?

the number of them isn't really clear because it's not clear if all of them will appear
i can tell you the numebr of the people next time but they all have played their instrument at least for 3/4 years or longer and are also taking lessons

are you german? cause i see you wrote all the instruments in german. if so i could write you a pm cause that way its easier for me xD i just want to know wether or not

German by heritage but not by nationality. I now a lot of musical terms in German because I have to know them for my orchestration class (I know them in Italian, French, and German).

One thing that concerns me is that your ensemble may not have all the skills yet to play the arrangement. For example, one section will require the Violins to play quick successive notes on the E and A string and reach 5th position. I would have to either change the key or simplify the arrangement in such a way that your ensemble may be able to play it.

ok alright i met my music teacher and showed him the song again and he said that all players are skilled and will be able to play the song
he said you should just make the sheet for one instrument each , you would have to do those for the instruments in the song and the following ones, i don'T know what instruments in the song are playing but oh well

we have: flutes, oboen, clarinettes (B ), Bass-Klarinette, Alt-Sax, Tenor Sax, Bariton-Sax, Trompeten, Posaunen, Hörner, evt. 1 tuba, 1 Fagott, Pauke, Schlagzeug, e-bass, (e-)gitarre, 1. Geige, 2. Geige, Bratsche, Cello and Kontrabass

would you be able to do it? and if when would you be able to do it or rather when how long would you need?
