You can either have them in a playlist in Windows Media Player, or use Anvil Studio. Anvil Studio is a MIDI editing program; I recommended for the simplest of music work. Just use it to copy & paste the second song to the end of the first. (It's literally just like highlighting text, except with musical notes.)

Open both MIDIs in Anvil Studio. Go to the one you want to be second, Edit > Select All, Edit > Copy, or something like that. Go to the one you want to be first, navigate to the end, make sure the cursor (not your mouse cursor, the cursor in the program, it's like a tall thin bar) is at the end, Edit > Paste Insert or something to that effect. Save. It's been years since I've used this program, but that should be the gist of it.

I don't think you'll be able to do it with Anvil Studio unless both songs are the same tempo.

You also need to worry about patch change events if the songs use different instruments.

If you just send me both midis via PM, I can do it for you. Or someone else here could do it too probably.
