There seems to be a huge amount of sheet music added on to the forums each day, however the main site says that only 9 have been added in the past 30 days. Is there some sort of a law prohibiting adding sheet music onto the main site and you can only add it onto the forum, or are we just too lazy to put it up there?

As far as I know, all requests are processed manually, and it was originally Gand and another user (Sinbos Zepherus Ark?) that did the validation and publication.

Anyone can submit sheet music to the site via a self-service system, but it has to be manually reviewed because we get tons of copyrighted material, stuff stolen from other sites, etc all the time, and those have to be rejected. The forums and the site are different systems, and the forums aren't as strict. However, if anyone does a transcription for the forums, they can submit to the site at http://ichigos.com/submit .
