Can anyone recommend any good places to request transcriptions of non anime/game music?

Because I've been trying to get a piano transcription of this song

However I haven't had any luck so far and I don't think I can request a transcription from the Request Sheet Music section since its not from a Game or Anime.

You could always try searching Piano Files (http://www.pianofiles.com/) and some of the people there take requests. As a long shot you could always look on amazon for the official sheet music if there is any. Hope that helps.
