What is this chord called Bb+Eb+Bb(Octave higher) can anyone help me? Please

that just looks like it'd be a Eb chord except you hit 2 Bb notes instead of Bb - Eb - F

Technically, that's not a true chord, since it only contains two unique degrees on the scale.
But, perhaps it could be called an "Eb power chord (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_chord) in second inversion" (or would that be first inversion since there's no 3rd to invert around in a power chord?). I'm not sure if that's correct terminology, although it certainly appears to me that it has two fifths and one root.
