Mazekaze hasn't made an official announcement yet. In fact, they haven't given any update on their projects since 2009 (http://www.usamimi.info/~maikaze/). ZUN hammered down on them pretty hard (http://kourindou.exblog.jp/9178184/) when they released the first episode, so it's highly possible that they're not going to produce another one.

This is being released during reitaisai (http://www.reitaisai.com/). All this is going to be is a series of music videos, not much unlike the three Touhou Motion Picture (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GrD1MoKeGs0) Studio videos released last year.

I found a much better, and more obvious video for the March 14th release.

It's been since C75 since anything was released regarding a Touhou Anime, and short of the Kinema Kan videos released the following year, nothing has come from Maikaze regarding their previous work.

I found out just today that ZUN has given the go-ahead to Ufotable (Kara no Kyoukai, Coyote Ragtime Show, Manabi Straight) will be animating at least one episode in celebration of Anime Tencho's (Cameo appearance in anime such as Lucky Star and several other animes) 10th anniversary.
