Is it possible to take a piano song and make it into a violin and cello duet?

Well, Would I need it transcribed or could we just play it straight up like that?

So long as the tuning of the violin and cello are tuned in C, you can read the music directly off of the score. The only part that will be difficult to do is determining which notes must be played, what notes should be chorded, and what tambre / bowing should be used.

Why wouldn't you be able to play it? Did you think your violin would catch fire if you tried playing piano sheets with it? = =

No... I thought it would explode T__T Well, it might not have worked the same as with an actual piano

You might have to arrange it so it actually sounds good. Most songs aren't meant to be played straight up on other instruments.
We can help you out more if you have the sheet music or a youtube link.
