Um...what's the scariest thing that has happened to you people?! This is basically for Halloween, but it wouldn't matter if there was more entries after the 31st! :heh: I might post something that happened to me later...

The scariest thing to happen to me is when I was playing Silent Hill 3, and it was a really scary place. I had my computer volume turned up, when AOL screamed "You've got mail." I jumped really high, and.....that's that.

Mine's similar to Nightmare's....

Ehehe. I was playing SH3 on mah PS2, and I coulda sworn that I heard someone yelling for me downstairs. After a minute, I just shrugged it off and went back to playing. A few minutes later, I heard it again. It was coming from downstairs.

Okay, stupid me, I get out of bed and go downstairs. I hear nothing now, but still, I wander into the kitchen, and suddenly BAM! something slams on the backroom door.

Now not only to I scream, but I run into my parent's room, shaking like a leaf.

Turns out, it was my mother, who got locked out. How, I dunno >.>;

1) I was in the basement . . my brother jumped out of a dark room, and I screamed so loud!

2) I went down a waterslide, but when I landed in the pool, I was in the pool upside-down, and I hit my head on the ground. I didn't know what was going on until the lifeguard pulled me out . .

You'd think getting hit by a car would have to be the scariest thing that's ever happened to me... But, thankfully, I got concussion and that wiped the memory clear out of my head. I do recall little bits sometimes, but they're not so scary.

Hummm... I think the scariest time would have to have been when I was lying in bed and heard these reeeallly strange noises outside my window... Like something snuffling in the ground, and then growling and screaming. That was pretty strange....

Anyway, I went outside to work out what it was, and I guess it must've been to young foxes playing around... I was never really sure, though, and heard it for a few nights afterwards with some doubt still in my mind.....

I dunno if that's so scary, though.... Just strange... :S

the thing that scared me the most was when i heard on the news that someone was stabbed to death on the corner of my block

Scarier thing is knowing you'll get hit, get hit, and remember it all (well.. painfaul rather than scary)

I was sprinting chasing after the ball in a game of soccer, didn't see the fence until the very last second, and ran into it at full speed.. The fence was at my waist level.. 無念.. (_ _)

The pain... not even the most psychopathic killer coming at me with the most demented weapon can scare me more than the pain...

me I fell of a 2 story building and the weird thing was I didn't get a broken bone

I really don't like stories with ghosts. @_@ They are so creepy. I don't like having nightmares like that either, DarkMagician. I had a nightmare that a girl (who doesn't even live there.) in the house next to me was murdered, and I was there. :cry:

Last month, I seemed to have dreams about death almost every night.

The worst one was that I was trapped inside a morgue. Scary. :cry:

Hmm... recently, when I was going through my college application deadlines and read that Stanford's deadline for appliactions was November 1st... and it was November 13th... :blink: Big scare on me until I read that that was the "Early Decision" deadline, not the "Regular Review." :shifty: Muhahahaha...

But I get real scared when I feel like the bed has given way beneath me before I go to sleep... Cuz whenever I get suddenly scared, I usually grab for where I keep my sword at my side and take a stance. In bed, this means a lot of pain when I hit my bedstand :heh: Very scary when you don't know when this is gonna happen.

hhhhmmmm... once i was walkin a german shepard when i was 7, bad idea, it saw another dog and ripped me off me feet and dragged me across a parking lot as i tied the leash round my wrist so it couldn't get away, it skinned one side of me in a few places

When i was a kid in korea, my cousin and I were hiking on like a small mountain (In korea the cities werent really pre-planned out, they just kinda grew, so if theres like a mountain the city goes around it...) and it was like 2 AM, and theres this graveyard on the other side of the mountain. So we were walking up this path, and there was like a clearing with a small playground, and we were just goofing around and i was on one of those spinny things, but i fell off and down this little path, and when i stopped rolling and got up i was in the graveyard...

When i was a kid, i smack into a wall when we were playing tag...forgot the detail of it, and my nose kept bleeding and bleeding, we used paper...but it was quickly covered with blood, and we kept switching lil pieces of paper and stick it up my nose to stop the bleeding but it just wouldn't stop...i WAS freaked out!!! okay i think i was 7 years old that time...went to the hospital and found out that i broke a small vein that was deep in my nose, soooooooooo scary

Oh good. I'm not the only one that imagines they're falling off the bed then. It's totally freaky since as soon as I get over the scare (my bed is at chest level, and falling off it REALLY hurts) I realise I'm safe and fine.

But ACTUALLY rolling off, waking up halfway, hittin my head onthe wall and not being able to move any part of my body was rather scary too. I thought I'd broken something. Especially since my floor is cork tiles...and they ain't soft to land on. But obviously I was fine, and I was able to move again after a few minutes. Good thing too really since I had a major performance that night and the day was the rehearsal.

Well, that's the scariest thing I can think of at the mo. Although going on a ghost tour at Port Arthur, and being locked in a pitch black cell at Dubbo goal were rather freaky too.

ANyway, the scariest thing i saw was a movie on tv. thats is all.

woke up and couldnt move my hand!!! i freaked out, leaned back to quickly, and my hand (which was completely numb) whipped back and hit me on the head

this one is embarrasing

once i wuz camping with the scouts, and i wus in a army type tent sleeping soundly. i wus dreaming i wuz at home in my bed. i wake up and i am still convinced that im home and i forget that im not alone in the tent, and other scouts are sleeping too. so there i am looking in front of me. it wuz six a.m., and it wazint completely dark outside. the tents ''doors'' were not closed and it left an opening near the ground. a huge wide opening. the fabricks folds, looked like teeth. so im staring at a huge mouth. (thats wut i wuz thinking) also, the other scouts were sleeping and some were snoring, that sounded like snarling. all around me, all i hear is snarling. all i see is a big mouth. i slap miself. ouch im not dreaming. those few seconds before i screamed out in utter fright of death were the scareests moments of my life.

Well... I was doing front flips landing on my back in the living-room loveseat. One time, I hit my tail bone and it paralized me for about 3 hours. I couldn't move anything at all. I was freaking out. I tried but I just couldn't.

Yesterday's weird scary phone convo. X__X

There was this guy that sounded drunk by the name of Andrew.. Adrian.. err I don't know. Anyways he called, and I actually answered the phone and the conversation went something like this:

Me: Hello? (in korean)
Guy: Sarah.. sarah, this is Andrew... I want to talk... we need to talk...
Me: *grimaces* O_O huh? Umm, I think you got the wrong num-
Guy: NO!!! ..no no ..don't hang up! I know it's you Sarah, talk to me.. please.
Me: ...Huh... I'm not Sarah. You have the wrong number.
Guy: Sarah...sarah... if you hang up, I&#39;ll kill myself.. I&#39;ll show you... I really will.. *sound of glass breaking* (<--I think it was his beer bottle? -___-)
Me: ...Um... *kinda scared* Sorry, but you have the WRONG NUMBER&#33; *hangs up quickly*

umm two things...so i&#39;ll say one.

about 3 months ago i came home from college, i knew that i was cooking dinner and had been told what i was cooking, no one else was home. but this was usual.

It was getting to around 5pm...and still no one was in. no messages on the phone, i wasnt online so as to have the line free.....6pm and it was ready, and had been for about 10 mins. no one was here.
Just as i was on the edge of phoning my mum arrived and told me that my dad was in hospital, they thought he&#39;d had a heart attack. His father had died of one so that could have mean that i would get it aswell. he isnt your average person either my dad runs to work and runns over a very small but high hill every day.

he was ok in the end, said it was a virus that effects the heart and that hed be fine after a while....was sooo scared

I once up and couldn&#39;t move my whole body . . couldn&#39;t even scream for help . . and then it was all over =&#092;

I get this all of the time&#33; Its so scary waking up and not being able to move&#33;

The scariest thing that happened to me was on holiday, when I was lost on the way back to the place my family were staying (it was around 10 o clock) and these three guys started following me- the panic made it even harder for me to remember the way back- i ended up having to go into 1 of those 24 hour stores so I could call for help :(

but i do have a lot of scary nightmares---me killing people...people killing me...i kill myself...teeth falling out in crumbs....and many many others.....
DarkMagician, I just have to comment on the dreams with teeth falling out. my older sister had dreams like that, so she looked up online and saw this website totally dedicated to those types of dreams...it meant something..don&#39;t remember.

Sorry, that was off-topic. But my scariest moment was when I went caving. It&#39;s not the typical cave you see in a cartoon. You have to worm your way through all these holes. during caving, there was a hole on the floor of the cave that we were supposed to jump over. and when you shined the flashlight in it...you couldn&#39;t even see the bottom. it was pitch black....and i almost fell in the hole until my dad caught me. X_X

well the first one that came in mind.. was.. me bro and me were watching tv.. then suddenly the piano just starts playin for som reason.. like it jus did weird noises as if som1 was at the piano.. it was freaky :boo: .. so i didn want to touch the piano anymore.. but i had to practise piano because of exams.. so i was really scared of playin it.. LoL.. but its all good now..

another time was.. we were all sleeping.. then suddenly a huge BANG&#33;&#33; i jumped of frite.. sat in me bed strait away.. i didn kno wot it was.. sounded like we were getting robbed.. coz of glass breaking and everything.. i was too scared to run to me parents room because i was too scared i mite encounter the robbers... so i stayed put.. then i heard me parents door open and me dad yelling.. so i ran out.. took less than a second from me bed to me dad.. :heh: then found out that the cabernets above me stove fell off.. and smashed our stove and everything inside the cabernet and everything around.. so we had no kitchen for a month or so..

okok.. this one is most recent and stupid... jus to inform you people.. i hate bugs
so i went to the toilet.. came back out after i was done.. me friend was talking about a fly.. as i kept walkin.. she screamed as i jus stepped on somtin... i could feel it under my foot.. i immediatly jumped and yelled myself.. and ran around for a few seconds.. hyperventalating and all.. then grabbed on my friend and looked at what it was.. it was a FLY.. i &#39;squeeled&#39; and moved further away..
i was way scared&#33;&#33;&#33; it wouldn hav been to bad if she didn scream.. LoL

at my old house.. when it rains or windy.. outside my window it sounds like som1 is walking around.. footsteps.. i got use to it..

This is hard for me to confess...so....Dont think I&#39;m crazy.

Back in my old house in Sacramento, when I was 9, I had a supernatural encounter. You see, one night I was sleeping in my bed. I woke up and saw something laying on my chest. It looked like a new-born baby with a hospital gown and bonnet. It&#39;s hands and feet were blurry, and it didnt look very detailed, but I could still tell that&#39;s what it was. I have a glowing-clock directly in-front of my bed, so I thought that&#39;s what it was. I had a night-stand on my right side. I rubbed my eyes, looked towards my left-side where my nightstand is. There was the clock, on the nightstand. I was confused for a moment. I looked back infront of me and the baby was gone. Nobody confesses to moving my clock in the middle of the night, and I still didnt know for sure if I had seen a ghost.

The next night I put my clock in my closet. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. There was the baby, sitting in the corner of my room....watching me. I gasped for a moment but then figured it&#39;d be best not to mess with it. I walked to my bed, eyeing the baby the whole time. It&#39;s eyes followed me (not litterally). I stuck my head under the covers fearfully. I whispered a short prayer, then when I took the blankets off my head there he was climbing up my bed. Coming closer and closer to me. I wanted to run, but he was at my feet area. I closed my eyes one more time. I held them closed for about 5 seconds, then opened. He was gone.

My parents were gone on a buisness trip for the next three days. Naturally I slept in their room. No problems. My late dog slept in their bedroom, and I think that helped ward off the ghost (you know, spirits dont usually appear to more than one person at a time and whatnot) So when my parents came back I took the dog with me and let her sleep in my room. That night in my room the ghost came back. Sitting on the edge of my bed. I tried to ignore it and I took some pills so I&#39;d go to sleep faster. Scary, but nothing too terrifying. I decided the next night to pay more attention to my dog.

Day 5. The dog slept right next to my bed tonight. I gave her her favorite toy to chew on so that she&#39;d stay awake. About a half-hour later my dog started to growl. I looked over to the corner of the room to see the baby appear. The baby stared at me, like usual. The dog silently put his head down. I started to feel a little unsafe. I leaned over and shook the dog; she wouldnt budge: she was asleep.
The baby didnt move, but I felt it was more dangerous then ever. I left the room for a while and came back later. The room was empty. The dog was gone too.

I decided to look into this matter a bit further. I put a Bible at the top of my stairway, but the next night it was there again, at the corner of my room.
I went downstairs the next day, to the laundry room which was directly under mine. Nothing different here. I then went into my basement and measured out the square-footings for the house. I led myself to the doorway of the cellar, which was directly underneath the laundry room. You wouldnt believe what I found in there....

A corpse of an old white guy with red hair. Finding a dead body in the cellar....almost sounds sardonic, eh? It&#39;s true though. I surprisingly kept my cool, probbably not fully aware of the full extent of the story. I went and told my parents, and we had an investigator come out here. Since the body was apparently there for many years, we werent charged with anything. Cause of death: Unknown.

Well, I went to a paranormal [shrink] to get a better insight as of what the hell was happening. He basically figured that the soul of the man was
ascending --&#62; the laundry room --&#62; my room. The soul stayed in my room because it needs help with something. He didnt have any idea why it was in the form of a baby; maybe it was symbolic of what it wanted me to do.

Anyways, he suggested I "ask it what it wants". Or else "Tell it to leave". Humans have authority over the dead, so it has to obey me, he says. So one night when I saw it I nervously said out loud "I&#39;ll help you, what do you want?" or something like that. Take my advice, NEVER EVER BE FRIENDLY TO A GHOST. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS TELL IT TO LEAVE.

So it dissapeared. The next night he was gone...
The night after that....I saw a different one. I woke up in the middle of the night and looked over to the corner of the room where it usually is. I saw something scurry by. I looked around the room, trying to catch it with my eyesight. This was a more nimble entity. I finally saw it....it was like a....an imp. A black one. It had bright yellow eyes. It had some noticable features, like legs and arms, and a head. I think it may have had a tail too. Has anyone ever played Kingdom Hearts? This imp looked alot like those shadow creatures (heartless or whatever) from the game. I saw it, bobbing it&#39;s head up and down as it slid across the room; like it was examining it&#39;s surroundings. I was startled by this at first, so much so that I even fell out of my bed. X_X
I looked up from the ground to see it coming towards me. I screamed and got up and ran as quickly as I could. It didnt follow me. When I opened the door it ran back into the corner, as if trying to avoid the light.
I was seriously freaked out by this.

The night afterwards I saw it again....but not just the imp, but the baby. It was sitting on my lap, looking at me. I kept asking internally "What do you want&#33;?" hoping it would read my mind. I was too afraid to speak. It didnt leave. The imp came back, crawling around the room like a blind rat. It got closer to me, but it still kept it&#39;s distance.

I figured I needed some time away from home. I went on a camping retreat for a couple of days (they didnt follow me) and came back, feeling like I was givin a new start. I went to sleep that night soundly, thinking they had left while I was gone. I woke up in the middle of the night again. I saw something glowing in front of me. Things were unfolding alot like the very first time I had seen the ghost. I closed my eyes and mentally prepared myself. I saw alot of yellow dots peering through the dark. I looked closer to see that my room was infested with the black shadow imps.

my advice to you

wear clothes to sleep and steel toes boots(even in bed if u kick with them it hurts like mofo); u will feel a bit less vunerable, also, under ur pillow, in ur pockets, keep a knife, or a sword or a baseball bat by the side of ur bed i wouldnt advise firearms, because its too risky. the bullet may go throu a wall and hurt somone. make urself a small sheild, keep it on the side of ur bed, if ever u feel attaked, ul have a bit of wood or metal between u and ur attacker. get a very poweful flashlight/floodligth near ur bed, if ever u see anything, ligh it.

if u see or hear anything, scream out as loud as u can, on the top of ur voice, with all ur fear or hate, "GET OUT&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33; " or "WAT DO U WANT&#33;&#33;&#33;" or "IM NOT AFRAID" or all of the above. scream shout anything as loud as u can. it helps more that u can imagine. it washes all ur fear away, all ur doubts, gives u a hell of a adrenelin rush. (can startle/scare ghots/monster/enemy, give u a chance to do watever u have to do)

even in a dream, if u remember having these items, ull be better prepared against monster or ghost. being prepared is important. if u really beleive in the paranormal, follow my advice.


on last thing

DO NOT HESITATE&#33; DOO NOOT HESITATE&#33;&#33; HESITATION IS DEATH&#33; remember, DONT HESITATE&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;

(just to be shure, when u wake up and see something, bite urself, slap urself hit urself many times real hard&#33; once i bit muself on the arm until i had a chunk of skin in my mouth only to find that the monster in my room was just a shadow, and that i wasnt dreaming remember to prove to urself that ur not dreaming)

I tried real enforcive action on the ghost once. It tripped me down the stairs then raped me. You have to be nice to the ghosts or else they wont be nice to you. >_>

this is a true story you probbably won&#39;t believe me but this is all true

ok so i was visiting the philipines. i was reading a book upstairs cause i didn&#39;t want to sing kareoke with my family. well theres this mirror thats in front of me. well for some reason i was tempted to look at the mirror. and BOOM i saw this girl in the mirror. i ran downstairs so fast.

so then i told my family and theye said i was just playin. so i kept quiet cuase i didn&#39;t want to annoy anyone. well when we were all going upstairs to sleep my cousin that i was sleeping with screamed cause she saw someone in the miror :cold:

Kareoke, huh? I imagine this gave you a headache. If you had a headache (or distorted vision) I&#39;d imagine you probbably had a "Bloody Mary" experience. Alot of people have those (especially if you think you saw a girl)

Anyways, I awoke the next morning. I had hardly remembered what had happened the night before, except that the imps had come. Anyways, I was more nervous than ever about going to bed. I didnt want to risk it; I slept downstairs that night. I spent the night in the living room, the only light on was from the porch outside; which was next to me. I slept on a couch, with the dog at the ground. She, again, fell into a deep sleep about an hour after I had settled down and I couldnt wake her up. I heard strange moaning sounds coming from upstairs. I leaned over to look behind the couch. I looked towards the kitchen.......

I quickly covered my ears, lost my ballance and fell back off the couch, hitting the wooden floor. Suddenly there was a sharp pain in my neck. I tried to move it frantically but the more I tried the more it hurt. Above the couch I saw the head of a man running off into the next room; into the shadows. I gasped for air desperately; I thought I was having a heart attack.
Scared, in shock, and in pain, I closed my eyes and tried to fall asleep as fast as I could. But I couldnt.

After about 5 horrible minutes, I opened my eyes. Of course, I couldnt look around with my neck injury, but instead tried to move my eyes around as much as I could. I expected to see another ghost...but no. Suddenly I heard a *zzzz* sound and the porch light blew. It was now pitch black. I layed there for hours in the dark silently calling for help, but no one could hear me. During those many hours I thought about what had happened. Was that me that had screamed? I didnt see anything when I looked at the kitchen yet I felt extremely terrified like I was about to be attacked.

I opened my eyes. It was dawn. With enough light to see around me, I quickly got up and ran upstairs. Ironically, I felt like I&#39;d be safe in my room. I held my hands over my neck, keeping it in place so as not to create any pain. I opened my door and looked inside. My head was slanted, so I could only see the floor. What I saw were two feet coming towards me.

Well, it was once arounf 2 in the morning in the summer. My parents were in the staetes and my brother was at a basketball camp in Markham, so I was home alone for about a week. I forgot which night (I think it was the second), I was in my room in my bed and it was pitch black and i was trying to get to sleep.

I started to gradually feel colder and colder until I started getting scared. I thought it was just a draft from one of the windows. However, it got so cold in fact that I could not feel my entire arm. It was numb.

I was SCARED out of my wits becuase it was friggin summer and the nights are hot as hell because of the humidity, so this was not normal. A gentle breeze maybe, but not freezer-like weather. After a minute of what felt like an etenity in the cold. I saw this white blub. It looked like a thin cloud. When I screamed my head off, it evaporated sorta, and I ran out of the room turning all the lights on in the house and called my friend and asked her to come over and sleep with me.

When she finally did, I remeber kissing ehr becuase I was so scared. She was like "Wow, Mario its fu&#39;kin cold in here&#33;&#33;"

I was so tired and scared. Accroding another superstitious friend of mine, she said that it was just a passing of a wandering ghost. Theres no ghost in my house, it wasjust passing by. This is becuase nothing else ever happend before or after.

Anyways thats my story.

yeah it&#39;s a bit obvious now that you&#39;re making it up but you are a really REALLY good story teller because that&#39;s one of the best stories I&#39;ve heard and I&#39;ve read a lot of ghost stories - just can&#39;t help freaking myself out. :heh: If it is true then why the heck did you live that long in that house/place? Anyway, go on&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33; everyone wants to hear&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33; (maybe you should make your own thread)

Sorry, that was off-topic. But my scariest moment was when I went caving. It&#39;s not the typical cave you see in a cartoon. You have to worm your way through all these holes. during caving, there was a hole on the floor of the cave that we were supposed to jump over. and when you shined the flashlight in it...you couldn&#39;t even see the bottom. it was pitch black....and i almost fell in the hole until my dad caught me. The creepiest/scariest thing ever happened to me was that my hamster stuck up her foot/fingers or whatever, and it stuck up 3 fingers/toes, and that moment I knew something was going to happen, but it came off my mind after a few days. But three months after my hamster pointed up it&#39;s three tiny toes/fingers/paws or whatever, it died. Scary... X_X

that could be from a disease the hamster contracted. I am not sure.

ok.. when i was young.. and me bro too.. (me bro is older than me), he use to pick on me all the time.. when me mum tells him to do the dishes or somthin he would tell me to do it.. obviously i would say no&#33;&#33; but he said that if i didn do it he would pick me nose XD he would always hold out a finger and charge for my nose&#33;&#33; obviously i didnt want anyones fingers up my nose.. so i ran off and did the dishes...
then one day i finally realised that he wouldnt want his fingers up my nose either.. so one day.. when the situation came by again.. he thretend to pick my nose.. so he would hold out that finger.. then i quickly grabbed his hand and shoved it into me nose.. :bleh: quite disgusting yes.. but me bro never thretend me again.. lol
so i think it mite have been the most scariest thing for me bro.. having you finger jabbed into somones nose.. lol.. :lol: obviously it wasnt much of a pleasure for me either..

Hmm... probably the scariest thing that ever happened to me was either the couple times I almost died... (drowned was the closest...) and this wasn&#39;t really scary, but kinda weird. I took this trip with my family to the Empire State building and then elevator was crwded, then on like the 66th floor, the elevator got stuck and all these people were like we&#39;re running outta air... and I was like 6 or somethign so I didn&#39;t know whether they were just saying it cause they were panicking or not... but yeah.

Or that time when this kid brought a snake to school, then some other kids dropped the box and this snake landed right infront of me... (btw I hate snakes... sorry) Or the lizards in one of my other houses in Malaysia... or any reptile. lol. or bugs... Yes, I&#39;m a wuss.

But probably the scariest thing that will happen to me is when I will *probably* become blind...

Yeah, I&#39;ve had a lot of nightmares over the past week. I used to have dinosaur nightmares all the time, but there&#39;s a reeeeaaaallly long story behind that I&#39;m not getting into. :P
Umm, scariest thing...ok, when I lived in Utah they were building houses a couple of blocks away. Because I was living in the Wasatch Range, I had a mountain bike. ^_^ Anyway, my sister and my friend and I loved to take our bikes to the construction sites and ride up and down the big hills of dirt the machines left behind. It was fun....Behind the site and stretching all the way to my block was a really big field of alfalfa or something. And in one corner of the fenced-off field was a grove of trees. One day while we were riding we decided to park our bikes, duck under the barbed wire, and explore. So we went into the grove. We were barely six paces into it when we got really quiet and kind of looked around, huddling. I don&#39;t know what it was but there was a very real and very eerie feeling of being watched. I didn&#39;t feel any better when a saw there was a rusty old truck on its side in the creek. We stayed awhile longer to try to convince ourselves that it was just our imaginations, but we ended up leaving because the feeling got worse. We came back a couple more times before we gave up on feeling decent in there. Think it was haunted??

I was sleeping and my room got really cold (I can&#39;t sleep when it&#39;s cold) so I snapped awake and I swear there was someone standing by my bedside. That was so scary, I jumped and pulled my blankets over my head and I swear something touched me through the duvet *shudder*

Most of my scary stuff is ghosty stuff....ghosts scare me more than anything. There are dreams I&#39;ve had too.
There was one where I saw 3 people being tortured and I was there, crawling around a blood splattered room, but no-one could see me. It was horrible...there was this girl and she was being raped and *shudder*...then the next day when I found out hostages had been taken by terrorists and one of them looked like the girl from my dream...*shudder*

I hate coincidences. They&#39;re so stupid and make everything seem so much more freakier than it really is T_T Stupid.

Scariest moment: My grandma was in the hospital because she had pains in her chest. She&#39;s stayed the night but was gonna be released that day so my mom and I were trying not to worry about it. My cousin (who was at the hospital) calls and asks for my mom. She sounded kinda sad so I asked her what was wrong....she started to cry. I asked what was wrong again but my mom took the phone....and then she started to cry. I ran up to my room and all I can remember thinking was :"She can&#39;t be dead." For like 5 minutes I sat there and was scared out of mind that my grandma had died. Then my mom comes upstairs and tells me that my grandma is still alive but is going tohave to stay another night at the hospital. I was SOO mad at my cousin....I mean she was probably upset by this whole situation and I guess that&#39;s why she was crying but....gosh....she killed so many of my nerves that day

1) When i see my face each morning

2) when I was walking at night, with my dog and all of a sudden she grrs. I don&#39;t know what it is and then i see a light from the bushes, I look closer and my friend pops out goin "RAAH" and my dog leaps on top of me and i scream.

well, years ago, me and me family and relatives, we all went to this old place in ruins... well its like where people lived and stuff when the war was going...
anywayz, so we got to this jail area. they made me stand inside it to take a picture... i just had this really freaky aura on me :boo:
and then there was this part, it was like a corridor thingy, but it was really dark&#33;&#33;&#33; you can see the light at the end, but its was REALLY dark&#33;&#33;&#33;
so me and me cousin ran through it, and so as i run down i look on the side and there is me brother just standing there...

and so when we was walkin back, me and me bro and cousin, we looked into the rooms (the corridor had rooms all on the side of it)
but the rooms was PITCH BLACK&#33;&#33;&#33;
me uncle went in a bit, he couldn see anything, and wasnt sure what was in there. he told us to go in with him. we all backed off.
so he went out, and we had a little look. and then as me brother of an idiot he is, he yelled&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;
for no stupid reason&#33;&#33;&#33; just to scare us&#33;&#33;
so he yelled, scared all of us, and we all ran out&#33;&#33;&#33;

stupid thing is, even though he knew it was only him, he got scared shitless too XD

Oh God&#33; Gaols are creeepyyyyy&#33;&#33; I remember when I was about 8, I went to the "Old Dubbo Gaol". Which was where all these people were hung and kept in terrible conditions. I remember there were all these scary dark cells and audio recordings of moaning.

My Dad urged me to go look at a cell and he pushed me forward. Now there must of been a trigger or something coz as soon as I was near the bars this head shot out of nowhere (almost hitting my nose) And an audio thing came on. Now this robot looked really human (and dirty, smelly/scary) So I SCREAMED. And I mean SCREAMED&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;

I just stood there screaming for 10 minutes before bursting into tears.
All the guards showed up wondering what was wrong. I remember my Dad saying sorry over and over XD

Swimming i the scariest thing that happenes to me. im all ways scared that ill drown and ill i see is black and i beleave in sea creatures. and if i die like that they may not find me, ill be alone... :cry: :crybaby: i cant swim too, im scared of it.

but the true scariest thing ive been through is when i was brushing my teeth in the morning before school, i looked in the mirror. i left the bathroom door open and right as i looked in the mirror, i saw this thing, like a face that was very round, no facial features other then it was purpule in the window reflection&#33;&#33;&#33; i froze and stared in the window just looking at the ting. it was still there. i blinked and it was gone&#33;&#33;&#33;
The same day in school i got boared and looked in the window durring math class. i saw what looked like a silver blimp behind the trees near out school. the problem was it looked very far away but was like a foot long from where i was. it moved slower then anything ive seen, but still moving. i looked at it for a really long time before it was compleatly behind the trees.

The scariest thing that has ever happened to me what when I was 6 and me andmy mom were going home from my schools mother daughter banquet and there saw this really bad thunder storm and the wind was blowing so hard that my mom and I had to whatch for tornados

One time i came to this scary web site with a whole bunch of boring lies.............................................. ....Im just joking. i wish some scary like seeing a ghost would happen to me. although i do get scared that what happened to that girl in "the exorcist" would happen to me or seeing something like that . :unsure:

It didn&#39;t greatly scare me, and I don&#39;t get scared easily, but I have a nice story from Japan last September.

Me and my friend Geoff had boycotted Talon (he&#39;s a member here) and one of our other friends and were racing back to Hiroshima Youth Hostel. Anyhoo, the Hostel was on the top of a very steep road and admist an abundance of apartment buildings and houses. But at the bottom of the road leading up to the lonesome Hostel on the hill, was a very old graveyard and across from it an overgrown forest extending further then the eye could see. At the entrance to the forest was a metal gate.

Geoff and I had left Talon and our other friend David behind at the Service Station as a joke and raced off along the main road in Hiroshima heading back to the Youth Hostel. We came off the main road and found ourself in the apartment area, the turn off to the Youth Hostel up ahead. It was very cold and we weren&#39;t wearing anything that did our body&#39;s warmth any justice. To be frank, we were shivering our asses off. Geoff got slightly creeped out when we walked past the graveyard as if something in the air had shifted. But it was what we heard beyond the forest gate that scared the shit out of him.

It sounded like a large creature was tearing apart a much smaller, high pitch cat or something. We were so close to it actually happening and we couldn&#39;t see it at all. Just black. The thing sounded like it was in so much pain, its screams and wailing sending shivers up our spines while the snarling and sound of ripping flesh injected fear into my friend. Then something slammed against the gate and it began to rattle. Geoff was already running up the hill (which was very steep, and everyone managed to get incredibly tired trying to get up it) and not to be left alone, soon followed. We raced up the hill but could still hear it.

I&#39;ll never forget that sound. It sounded so unnatural. I assumed it was a cat but I guess I&#39;ll never know what it was. All I know is that it&#39;s imprinted in my mind.

I love old forest-like places and walking with flashlights at night. But it has to be with someone. One time we heard these animals growling loud i kinda got scared until i saw that the cats were just mating or whatever.

so my friends sisters friend... this is her story... anwayz so it goes...

so one night she went on the train home...it was really late... so anywayz, she was on a carriage all by herself, then a weird old dirty person came on the train. he sat right infront of her&#33;&#33;&#33; and the dude was trying to hit on her or somthing. she tried to get him off her and stuff... eventually when they got to the next stop, she stood up and went out... hoping that he wouldn follow her, she ran to the end carriage and got in. luckily the dude didn follow her...
anywayz.. so she sat right at the end... and on the other side there was 3 girls just sitting there.... the middle girl kept staring at her&#33;&#33;&#33; and like, when people look at you, you look away, but then you end up looking at them quickly to see if they are still looking at you... anywayz, so that girl just kept staring at her&#33;&#33;&#33; she was scared... coz why is that girl looking at her for?
anywayz, so the ticket inspectors got on the train (i dunno how your trains work, but for me... we have these tickets and they show until what time its vaild until.. and ticket inspectors only come on the train every now and then to make sure you have a valid ticket...)
anywayz.. so the ticket insp went up to her.. and ask to look at her ticket.. she showed him her ticket.. then the ticket insp said that she had an invalid ticket and told her to get up...
she said "NOO&#33;&#33;" her ticket was still valid&#33;&#33;&#33; the ticket insp said that it wasnt and that she had to come with him&#33;&#33;&#33; she told him NO&#33; she showed the ticket to him again... she tried to explain that it isnt yet expired yet&#33;&#33;&#33; the ticket insp said, no&#33; its expired and asked her to come with him... he puller her up&#33;&#33;&#33; she struggled and screamed&#33;&#33;&#33; "WHAT ARE YOU DOIN?&#33;&#33; LET GO OF ME&#33;&#33;&#33; MY TICKET ISNT EXPIRED YET&#33;&#33;&#33;" she tried to get out of his grip.. she pulled and everything&#33;&#33;&#33;
he then pushed her out of the door&#33;&#33;&#33;
he then said "dont panic, im a cop" he then showed her his badge and everything... he then said "we had to get you off the train becuase the two girls on the train had killed the girl" and they needed to get her off the train because the cops werent sure on what weapons the girls were holding.

so that girl that was staring at her was DEAD&#33;&#33;&#33; how freaky is that?&#33;&#33; anywayz....

geez these stories are scaring the begeezus out of me. once when i was on this website to find something in a picture of a room i couldn;t find anything so i put my face closer to the screen. and this gohst&#39;s face popped up. it was just a joke but i got scared so much i couldn;t even scream so i just stared at it for a few seconds and then i realized what it was and then i ran upsatiars screaming.

...one day, there was a website that I went to, and at one page, the virus blocker came up and on the virus blocker-popup showed its imatation of a virus, a creepy monster thing&#33;&#33;&#33; I got so freeked and yelled and tried to turn of the computer by unpluging it....

on albinoblacksheep, there was this samll window where there is this song, and when you play it backwards you can hear "Our father, who art in heaven...etc." and i thought...whats so scary about that? =l and then, in the middle of it (there were words so you can seet he lords prayer) when the low alien kinda voice said "Kingdom come, your will be do-" and then there was this loud scream, and then all these scary mutilated pictures of all humans and stuff just popped up and flashed in front of my eyes&#33; my heart almost died on me...XD the ppl made the voice really soft so you had to turn up the volume to hear it....XD

In "The Others" the kids find a bunch of pictures of dead people. The legend says if you take a picture of recently deceased people, their spirits will live on. Thats all I will say, and that picture resembles those pictures.

It&#39;s obviously fake though, anyone could make such pictures.

i doubt it - notice how the guy is behing all those branches. That wouldn&#39;t have been easy to fake

They just made him partially transparent, and yes it&#39;s easy to fake, it takes some work but it&#39;s all good to fake.

I hate these kind of pics though....I have one. It&#39;s not a person just an "orb". My mom was like "Oh my God that means there was a ghost in the room&#33;" and i&#39;m like "No, it just means there&#39;s a shiny spot in the picture..."
i SO agree with you... there is like plenty of pics on the net that you can find of people claiming that there was ghosts there... but to me, it looks like a white blur thingy... but me bro says "it was taken by a digital camera, and they are DANG CLEAR&#33;&#33;&#33;" and im like "meh... i dont care.. maybe the lens was dirty? i dont know.. but yeah.. personaly, i dont think those pics of ghosts/white-spots are really ghosts...

anywayz.. i looked at angelics pic.. and i was actually looking for a guy in the background :heh:

but yeah... a lot of people say that its quite easy to shove the dude there with programs... except they somehow proved that it was a REAL picture that no one had edited... but i guess its up to whoever wants to believe it...

OH&#33;&#33; and there is a stupid email flying around... its basically a stupid "the ring" kind of thing.. you look at it and then you need to send it to 10 other people (or somthing like that) or else you will be killed by the uglei-looking girl in the email...
and basically, the email just has screen shots of the movie "the ring" (and maybe another one of those movies... i dunno)

I remember i was once playing with a knife (juggling it - you know, throwing it and catching it again), and at one point i didn&#39;t catch it and it hit the wooden floor. I looked down, and there was my cat, only a foot away from the knife. I almost killed myself for that... X_X

I can say that I proved my picture is real, seriously. Don&#39;t believe everything you read on the internet.

There was this one picture on the internet (sorry, not going to look for it even though I know where it was from, the site scares me too mucho......) And its this japanese guy and behind him was a creepy "RING" chick. The picture was from 2003 and cause alot of scare becuase it was from the same time "The RING" was from......Its dumb looking but its not the picture that scared me, it was the site it was on. I can only go to it at school where my friends are and im not are scared there.

You know what really scared me, way when I figured out "The Exorsist" was inspired by a true story....It was on the special edition DVD I rented...Now I cant stand the window open in the upstairs at night...

My Nightly Story
My little brother and I share a room and our beds are only about 5 feet apart. We move alot in the night, so our sheets are every where in the morning. So one night I forgot to make my bed, so I was pulling my blankets and pillows into my bed and I look to get my long pillow and theres a face under my brothers bed. I got scared, but all I did was drop the pillow, turn of the lights and pull the blankets over my head as I try not to breath hard. I hear a creeking noise, the same nosie you hear when you walk on hardwood floor, but it was in our room. The reason that is impossable is because out room is carpeted. That went on for a while. as So did creeking in the attick, much like in "The Exorsist".

For a while I would fine magazines in my bed. I bet my brother was doind it and I hada feeling he was. But then one day I found a bunch of magazines in my bed, not on top, but under all my blankets and sheets. There were like 6 or 7 magazines, and I knew my brother didnt do it because he had been down stairs the whole day.

Just as fast as that all stoped, somthimg more horrific happened. About 4 months ago, the fire alarm went off because I "Forgot" to turn on the bathroom fan while I took a shower. I know I did and stuff, yet it still went off. The next day I was brushing my teeth before school, and I left the door poen a little. I look into the mirror and there was something/one there and it ran into my moms room. I got scared, ran down stairs, fell and rinsed my mouth out in the downstairs bathroom.

The next day I got over it because I told people and it made me fell better. So once agian, I left the door open alittle. I look into the mirror, I see nothing where the ting was before, but I see somthing somewhere else, in my moms room window. I was a fetureless face. It was there for a while, even after I blinked, and left about 3-4 seconds later.

You guys gotta hear this 1.My friend learned this new weird trick to make someone unconscious and his eyes would turn white and you would get spastic attacks.
He tried it on me just for fun(it has something to do with your chest because he pushes there and you have to hyperventilate first kinda)and suddenly I saw weird stuff flashing in front of my face, a lot of colors and stuff.
My friend didnt wake me up properly(he just smacked me a lot <_< )
So when I woke up I was in shock for a minute or so.
I didnt remember much, like how you cant remember the last few seconds before you fall asleep)
But after a minute I remembered what we were doing again.
It was scary since I almost didnt wake up and my spastic attacks kept getting worse @_@

Scariset thing that&#39;s ever happened to me...well besides the whole emotophobia thing, the other day I was walking down the steps and I had slippery socks on (lol slippery...) and so yeah i slipped down like half of the steps and landed at the bottom with my leg in this really weird position. At first it hurt really really bad but then the entire thing just went numb (well not exaclty numb It was like that feeling you get then your foot falls asleep). I thought I had paralyzed myself I really did. I sat there and cried for like two minutes. Then realized I could get up....then I kind of laughed. Kind of.

I have had a few scary things happen to me, but in the interest of not scaring the shit out of myself, I am gonna only tell this one, and if you want to hear another,, feel free to PM me... I&#39;ll get back to you in the daytime...


Anyways, I went to stay at my granny&#39;s trailer like, 3 years ago. As a gift, someone gave my granny two dolls, which look REALISTIC x 100&#33; Added to that they were those dolls with the real looking eyes, and those scare me... So, anyways, I went to bed in a room behind the living room, and there was a long hall to get there... So, for a few nights, I heard noises. They sounded like footsteps, but like a three year old (or a doll) would make... In my mind, I could visualize those damn dolls creeping around... Scared me badly... I did ask my granny about it, and she said that the trailer was settling. I don&#39;t know about you, but I think that if a trailer has been sitting in the same spot for 20+ years, it would have settled by then... So, I ended up staying up until REAL late, watching the disney channel. I went to sleep around 4 AM, and got up around 4 PM, so i missed out on a lot of the day...

BTW, while I was watching disney, I never heard any noises...

Haha Don't worry. For YEARS I was afraid of this snow globe that had this sad little clown in it. It was always next to my bed and it never occured to me that i could move it. So I'd always sleep with my back to the damn thing. And God forbid I should wake up and be facing it, lol, I'd start to scream. Mind you I was only 6.

when my Grandma died, and we were going to see her the next day... sniff sniff

The thing that happened to me was when I was with my friend and we where taking a hike through the woods in the back yard and then this one guy comes up and he says he is lost so we pointed the way for him then we started to walk off then the guy came back with a knife and stabed my friend. I couldn't do anything but run till I knew he was away from my friend so I can save him. Lucky he lived but he still has that scar in his left arm. just think if it happened to me now you see why it is scary for me.

the scaryiest thing that ever happpend to me was when someone broke into my house, while i was still in it! I hid in my closet and called 911. the police got there, but it was 2 late.....they took my gamecube, my rare gamecube addition of the legend of zelda ocarina of time, the wind waker, majora's mask, and all my julery.The police said that they were going to attempt to stragle me, couse they knew i was in the house. I was so close to death, and i never saw it coming..... :cry: man......my life sux.....
