Just send a PM to the composers of the pieces you want to use and ask them; it's up to the individual composer.

I agree with deathraider. Just ask nicely, and be sure to credit them and Ichigo's in your video(s).

Since Ichigos' server is located in the United States, each work is copyrighted by law. Every work published onto Ichigos has an unofficial copyright upon upload, so all rules regarding distribution, performance, and it's intellectual property must be followed with the composing party in question. I will state that Ichigos does not actively enforce the above point unless a composer requests of it, which we will happily cooperate to the best of our power to see that their work is properly credited.

Simply put, always ask for permission before doing anything with a composers song.
