I think the vast majority of musicians on here read sheet music, so... I recommend you learn to read it too. It's a chore at first, but at least you'll be able to read the music you want to play.

I'm not the type of person who's totally opposed to TABs, which can be good for showing tricky fingerings at times, but you have to understand that turning sheet music into tablature is time-consuming, so even the few of us on here who could do a conversion for you don't have much motivation to do it (since we can already read sheet music).

You should also learn standard fingerings for various chords. Then you can just figure out the chord progression or read lead sheets (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lead_sheet) and play rhythm at least. Check out this site (http://www.guitarprinciples.com/Guitar_Technique/Chord_Songs/chords_basic.htm) for basic chords and also this site (http://www.chordbook.com/guitarchords.php) where you can pick a chord and get fingerings for it (second site has more complex chords to choose from).

I know that Lelangir makes lead sheets for some songs, so you should be able to read play the chords for those songs once you learn the fingerings for them.
