Was listening to a radio station a while back, and they played this song. Went to look it up, found out that it was from an Adult Computer Game...

...of course I can't find the sheets for it anywhere.

Request: Sekai ni Sayonara
Game/Anime: Yume Miru Kusuri (Adult Computer Game)
Instrument Desired: Piano (Lyrics included would be awesome, not required).
MP3 or MIDI Available?: Yes, please contact me to get. An original can also be found on YouTube.

I've scoured the internet for this, and I've had nothing but bad luck.

Thank you for your time.

What radio station is this?!

The melody (lead sheet) doesn't seem hard at all to transcribe. If you want a verbatim piano transcription, well, this isn't hard to play but those are always difficult to produce.

If I recall correctly, it was on Radio DZ (www.forosdz.com - It's in Spanish).

I'm really just looking for a basic transcription - perhaps I should have included that. The melody and chords with the bass line. Nothing extremely fancy I don't think...

I dunno why, but I just kind of clicked with the song - even with it's subject matter :hey: .

I appreciate the quick response!

My first response to this post (which I did maybe a day after you responded) didn't go through, and I think I've waited long enough  .

The radio station I found this on was Radio DZ. It's from a Spanish anime/manga forum - if you'd like a link just send me a message!

What I'm sort of looking forward is the melody with chords and the bass line, with the runs (between verses, more or less) thrown in for good measure.

I'm seriously hooked on this song, and it's kind of odd - given the subject manner.

Kind of offtopic question

Did you play that game?.

I haven't.

I do know what it is, however.

I can give it a try if you have a mp3 or any audio file I could use.

Ok not sure to succeed in the transcript, will have to listen to it quite a lot to memorize it first.
