Tarantino by far. Even when he sits for an interview and can't sit still, I find everything funny about him and his works.

EDIT - Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill are my favourites. Haven't seen Reservior Dogs yet.

In terms of sheer talent, I'd have to say Steven Spielberg. Until A.I. he consistently (except for 1941, of course... :sick:) made some of the best movies to grace the Silver Screen. (Too bad he seems to have lost whatever mojo he had... Calling Austin Powers!)

I'd say Quentin Tarantino. Simply because he is interesting, and makes movies that also are interesting.
