Hi all,

This is my first post on this site :). I hope this is the right section to post these sorts of things. So, this is a song I'm writing...started it the other day on my guitar...and I'm trying to write a piano piece to expand on the melody over the guitar (proving to be difficult)...and I think I messed up when I copied all the tabs to notes correctly...but im not sure...If anyone knows guitar notes well, notices anything, please let me know...

Also, I'm not sure about some of the chord names (Some of them go either way...Like subbing E7 or G6)...if anyone can think of what they should be instead...please lemme know.

Thanks all :)

P.S: Haven't quite been able to figure out the key...any thoughts? Is it in a mode or something? Once I get a break from school, I'll record the guitar part so you can take a listen if you like...thanks again all!

I'm not sure what the numbers on the right are. It looks like your key is G major...except that you just wrote E instead of Em (it makes sense when you think of it that way). All the A chords may or may not be Am, also. The F# in 4.

And...you can't really sub E7 for G6. G6 is basically (enharmonically) Em7, and you obviously can't say that e minor = e major. Usually, you don't see a 4 chord (Bm4). It would be written as sus4, or add11. And m9sus2 is kind of redundant because 9 and 2 are the same notes. You could write it as 9 no third (m9 implies the third), or just sus2 (suspended as in, suspended below the third).
