Can anyone transcribe Sugar Sweet Nightmare to piano?

I think it would be really helpful for the transcribers if you post a youtube link, or anything external, and in the case someone likes it, they might pick it up.

Yea, if you keep listening to the bg throughout Araragi talking, the chorus will eventually come up and its a slowish version of the OP. xD It sounded nice and I was going through the songs in the OST but couldn't find it, until I realised it was a piano ver. of Sugar Sweet Nightmare, the OP.

There is actually a "piano" version, the first video when youtube searching "Sugar Sweet Nightmare Piano" but that version sounds quite messy in my opinion.
Though I really want the sheet to the piano version inside episode 15 (Bakemonogatari), I'd be happy with a straight transcription from the song itself.
