See my post http://forums.ichigos.com/showthread.php?t=14654

I think Widi Pro is the best for pitch recognition and GUI friendly, but remember that 80% is by ear and 20% is software. How long does it take to transcribe? There are too many factors. It depends on the complexity of the song, length, and how experienced you are. Everybody has different ways of transcribing.

hey do you know anyone who uses Sibelius? i've got a Sib. file and i need someone to put it into a pdf (or anything that can be opened as an image file) file for me.

it's a piece by Hiromi, i think her piano solos are really good. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LKuEJBKRW4M
it's called Place to be.

thanks for the tips.

PM me or attach it? PDF's okay then, yeah?

Now I can get my grubby hands on another piece. Good stuff.
She's more into her song than I've seen a musician in a long time.
