Here's a little something I made earlier. It took around 10 minutes, it's of Vivi from FFIX.

Well, to be blunt, the fact that you did it in ten minutes shows...you should spen more time on your work, it will make a difference. i dont much like the pic in the foreground, but the background pic shows some potential for making something good, but you gotta do something more than just adjusting the color on it :)

Actually, I didn't just ajust the colouring. I faded, blended, blured, abstracted and even enhanced. That image was terrible before, so it was actually quite hard to do.

maybe if you duotone the foreground picture of Vivi, it'll match...also its a little rough around the edges...but other than that its an awesome background. Good job ^_^

I see what you mean, but I wanted that effect. I wanted it to look like Vivi was standing, not part of the background. Thanks for the comment :).
