I made a little medley to celebrate the new year. I hope you'll enjoy it :)
Be working on it for a couple of months, it was very hard but a lot of fun to make it. Any critics, suggestions, or comments will be much appreciated.

Generally the transitions were rough, many because it sounds like you wanted to make them (the transitions) as short a possible. I'd recommend increasing the time between songs to allow you a lot more play with transforming the earlier to the latter melody without such rigidity.

It's not about the length of a song per se, it's more of the transitions in between. You have to find songs that are similar in style. As M said, some transitions are abrupt. In a medley, you need to trick the listener into thinking its still the same song without making the medley sounding like a playlist. The left hand can aid you in doing that as long as you don't abruptly change its rhythm. However, the left hand keeps changing, making it seem like the songs are detached from the medley.

Everything else seems fine.
