i dont know the title of the song...i think the dance is "The Grand Waltz"

Ok I think I got it It's called Waltz for the Moon I believe. There are a few versions of it one when Rinoa and Squall Dance and One When they Have like a whole band goin. You can find one version of it on this site I'm not sure if its the same one but it sound familar to me.
