Judging from the first 20 seconds of the youtube vid, the entire song is going to consist of two harmonic phrases (1) IV-V-iii-vi and (2) IV-V-vi-V. I don't think you got the chords correct per se, but IMO when transcribing pop music it's best not to listen to individual notes. Listen to the bass! More often than not, in pop, the bass will be the root. Of course that's not always the case...but most of the time it is, especially when there's electric guitar riding on the power chords all day. It would also help if you included the left hand part...since that's where the harmonic context is most clear. If the song just consisted of right hand and no bass notes it would sound really awkward and harmonically random.

Im trying to get the piano part down right before the guitar comes in theres about 4 chords broken. I know the first one is correct Bb f Bb C. Thanks for the advice about the bass though its usually strange for me not to do individual notes. I usually get it by listening to the attack and decay of the notes to see if they line up correctly and when they dont i do it over again. Ill try again with the bass notes I guess i was just wondering if it was off which when i listen to it again it is xD. I did put the bass notes i just have to fix them correctly thank you :D. ps. I dont know much about music theory

in one word..no. :P
The right hand is probably more or less close enough but when the left hand comes in, the chords are all wrong except for the first bar it comes in. I suggest listening to Lel's advice and try to just listen for the bass note (Usually the first note the left hand plays) more carefully. good luck! :)
