Hi!

I saw some old threads talking about ZNT musics, but as nobody has posted there since a long time I'll make a new one :P

So, first let me introduce myself, as it's my first post on this forum: I'm Gloomy, 16yrs old, a big passion for Piano and music :lol:, and I'm Italian, so if I make English mistakes don't shout at me :cry:

I'm here as a transcriber. I'm quite a noob, I made about only 10 transcriptions so far, but I have a good musical ear and a FANTASTIC software that helps me quite a lot, so my transcriptions are approximately accurate :P


I've got two things to tell you:


- I'm currently transcribing some Zero No Tsukaima musics. I'm completely in love with that anime, it has some really beautiful musics :) If you don't know it, you should watch it now, you won't regret it ^.^

I've already finished "Anxiety (Piano version)" (I'll have it checked by my piano teacher shortly and then I'll post it to Ichigo's), and I'm now doing "Good Friends" and "Tsukaïma Tachi No Shirabe (Tifa's song)"

When that's done, I plan to do "Louise", "You are the one (instrumental)", "Lost in love", "Happy things", and "Ideal dream".

So if you waited for some ZNT music be happy :D


- I also accept requests, but only if I know the anime/Game the music comes from, because I need to know and love the music I'm transcribing in order to do good transcriptions ;)

(I know, I don't have a big anime culture ;P If you have some good animes for me, I'd be happy :D)

- Super Smash Bros Melee/Brawl (These games don't really have their own music, but musics taken from other games, that's good anyway)
- Dofus, but I don't think anyone here even knows what it is :P

Good to see piano transcription of Mitsumune Shinkichi's music.

Hey Gloomy, and welcome! I was wondering if you could take a look at these two songs for me.....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMofCPzbKBk (is the first song from an anime called Bokurano, which is a short good anime I reccomend you watch :) ) and the second seems easier.....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYNC9-f6oEE (this one is from a popular j-rpg...if you look at th uploaders "show more" in the info he tells you "a Nice song with simple chords..
The chords are around Am-Em-F-G, Am-Em-C-D-Em,Bm,Am
the bridge : F-C-Dm-Am,E" if that helps....Hopefully you can help me out.... thanks for taking a look :)

Concerning the first video, the music is quite beautiful, I'll watch the anime first, if I like it I may do a transcription :)
The second one is nice, too, but I don't have a lot of time so I prefer doing pieces I know... :) But if you want to learn it why don't you copy what the guy on the video does? The camera is well placed so it shouldn't be too hard ;)

It is hard....I'm way too noob....Im a self taught 20 y/o guy....feels hopeless sometimes, but im tryin! Still learning and trying to find simple songs to be able to play.....and before I'm told to go get lessons, I unfortunately do not have the means to be able to afford said lessons....so don't hate! Hey if you don't wanna do it, thanks anyway man....hope you enjoy Bokurano!

Do you do piano only?

@Equisix: I can also do piano + flute, but I prefer piano only ^_^

@UltimateXZ: I'm watching Bokurano, it's not bad. I'll probably make a transcription when I finish it :) And... keep trying, I know it's hard, I felt the same way, but just continue practicing, there's no reason why you couldn't be able to play good... ;)
And even if you can't afford regular piano lessons, I strongly recommend you to take at least one or two lessons, because if you do all by yourself you risk to take bad habits and it's going to be harder to become better ^_^

Hey ! Could you transcribe a couple of your favorite Dofus soundtracks ? Like the ones from Astrub, Amakna, etc for the piano :)

You should check out the show Un-go. I really like the music in it, especially the ending theme "Fantasy-by Lama" its kinda chill and catchy

So, regarding my request, I have been looking EVERYWHERE for sheet music of "You're the One" from Zero no Tsukaima, and I saw that it's on your list, but i noticed that you posted that it would be finished a while ago. Just hoping that it will be up and posted some time soon!
