I can draw a pretty good face if I isolate the eye part or isolate the mouth and nose part. But I have alot of trouble with the angle of the nose in relation to the eyes and angle of head. Is there any general rule to follow at all? Is there anyway to know what angle the nose will be at at any position? I can't draw 3/4 views because the stupid nose is always off proportion. And I've studied facial proportions and nothing gives you insight on what the nose should look like at different angles. :\ Any help?

You could try drawing a line down the center of the face, and then basing the nose off that. Beyond that, no, there's no real way to draw the nose, besides simply knowing what it looks like. You'll probably just have to study more. You should post some pictures you've drawn that you're unhappy with, then we can give you more specific critique.

In anime or manga... the nose starts from the eyerbrow, then it goes down to the bridge, then to the tip of your nose. The last line is usually the inner part of the further nostril. You should note that the line is never straight down the nose, but rather the edge of the nose, does that make sense?

This is to give you a better idea.
