I found a piece on youtube that I wanted to print out and learn, but the sheet music link was .sdf format.

I found out the program to open it is a Japanese program, Kawai Music Reader, but I can't find anywhere to download it, and google is no help. Is there another program that could open it?

This should work (http://www.kawai.co.jp/cmusic/download/spfx.htm)

(although, having not tried it myself, I can't back that claim with a 100% guarantee)

It installed just fine, but I think it has to be activated to use it
Can't be sure though, I don't know much of the kanji that was written

Edit: Also, the .sdf file didn't automatically associate itself with the program when it was installed, so I assume it wouldn't have worked, anyways

I have a question about the kawai program as well. I have an older version and it works with the sdf files however this new one does not some how. is it because you have purchase an actual copy of the newest version make it associate the sdf files? also at the poster above the thing requires you to apply for a start up key for it to work.
