Hi, does anyone have or can transpose piano sheets for Tower of Heaven from Fairy Tail OST 2, NOT OST 1?
Here's a link to a video of the track: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7a-asmaCa0I

That piece used in Fairy Tail is actually Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No.2 Op.18. It's actually quite a doozy to play. But you can find it here (http://imslp.info/files/imglnks/usimg/8/85/IMSLP03631-Rachmaninov-Op18fs.pdf)
Edit:
Found a version for pianos only but even toned down the piece would need 2 pianos to play. (example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_VCbnqbwwA)

I know what you mean. I was like that too when I saw the sheet music for it because I've only ever played one of Rachmaninov's Preludes and it looked like a cake walk compared to this concerto (with its ridiculous 114 pages @_@).
If you want though, I could try to simplify it and steal the melody line from the string section. It won't have the same dramatic effect, especially towards the end but you won't have to hire all your friends and neighbours to be the orchestra in the background
..that and then I'll be able to play it too =)

lol, ok, but if you are going to take the melody line from the string section, could you keep as much of the dramatical parts, e.g. the parts towards the end of the OST version?
Currently I'm trying to cut the bits out from the original song and merging them to make the score for the Fairy Tail version of the piece (because personally I think it sounds better and it's easier to learn:D). But how I make the score for solo, I have no idea x_x

That's kind of what I had in mind. I envisioned that there would be an epic amount of cutting and pasting (picking and choosing) the different parts together. Got any spare glue?
The solo will be a tough one. I was kind of thinking of putting some of the piano "runs" in one hand and melody in the other and ya, I agree, the epic ending needs to stay as dramatic as possible.

It might be possible to merge the melody line with one of the hands whilst keeping a majority of the notes in the piano "runs", like in Adagio Cantabile where the right hand is playing the melody with one half of the right hand and playing the accompliment notes with the other right hand.
Also I'm pretty much finished getting out the bits from the original that Fairy Tail used:D, but there's one part of a bar that they changed and I can't seem to fit in the notes that I identified into it (and to be correct in timing with the time signature).
13641 The notes are as stated and decends from C.
The identified notes are of equal value, so I don't know how to fit them into the last bar (replacing the 2 minim chords).@_@x_x
