Well, I found this (http://www.allguitartabs.com/t/186055/chobits--let-me-be-with-you--chord) with a web search which seems to have some mistakes but you can get the sheet music at josh (http://josh.agarrado.net/music/anime/).
So you'll get the right chords ^_^

I have piano sheets stashed away somewhere if you could implement them into guitar chords...
