Well, this is the place where I can test out my signature and safely get feedback without murderous intent from other members in other forums... So yeah. ^_^

First up!

Since I have Internet Explorer, I do see the lags in the video, in which I reduced the fps from 30 fps to 15 fps. Not sure if that's a wise move, but Internet Explorer doesn't like .gif with frame rates more than 20.

Your message is hard to read. Maybe add a 1pt stroke to the typography so it can stand out from the character. Although it would be better to eliminate the clip and let sit the character image at the right and at the left your message. If you think that would look too simple, a soft background ornament would help.

Personally, I would prefer smaller sized signatures. There is a forum that allow big signatures and sometimes I think the signature is part of the post. XD

Good point. Though I can see the message, maybe others like you can't see the message at all. I'll have to make some changes to that.

Hm... I just like animated signature, but you are right. Signatures that are still and have no animation at all with some designs floating around would definately make it look a heck lot better.

It might just be me, but I find large signatures annoying.
I also find animated signatures annoying. XD

^LOL. True true. Some animated signatures are very annoying, even though I like them. XD

I personally don't like a big signature either. I rather have it horizontally long and thin rather than small and square. I think when you make a sig... you should consider how you do your own signature. Mine is pretty long so it's kinda like a long scribble line with an occasional legible letter. I like signature that looks natural and not forcefully done. Simple yet distinctive. You know what I mean?

^I understand what you mean. That signature was the first tested signature, so the others that I will make in the future shouldn't look so "forced."

Well.. signature should be something personal in my opinion... so you could explore yourself and find something very personal or something you didn't have a choice over... like something you were born with or something... Just an idea.

The typography has more of an old wild west look than Christmas. You should make it white so we can see it easily. xD

Frame's needed to box the content. Character's hair on the right needs to be sharper, you need to recrop the sample a bit better instead of blurring the edges. The Snowflakes don't have any depth (the further away, the less white they should be). The Text cannot be read. You should throw a Xach effect on them to brighten it.

Alright. I'll keep those in mind and I'll edit the signature when I have a chance again. Thanks for the critics! :)
