Wow, it's been a while since this site has been reborn. And things have changed quite a bit. :heh: I love this site. I always have since Spoony created it long ago. Ichigo's Music. :ichigo:

So, the purpose of this thread is for all those forum/site veterans (joined in 2004-2006) of the reborn forums to talk about how the site has changed and progressed since the beginning. People changed, people came, people left, people became new moderators, old moderators backed down or left (Madmazda86 a while ago), the RP came and went (Does it still exist?), music was everywhere, anime and games left entertaining conversations...

I'm interested in knowing about some of the changes. Like who left, who's now a moderator, what "famous" posters changed their names, and who still exists since the beginning?

I could name many people I remember from the early days, but I won't. :heh: At least not now. And I will say that Noir's "Kawaii" composition on the main site always seemed like the site's theme song since I first heard it before I even knew what forums were. :sweat: That, and Spoony's "Kumo - Clouds."

(I doubt this thread will exist for long. :hey: But I did miss this wonderful site. Some small and innocent composition/sheet music site for anime and video games...that now rivals and even exceeds many other sites out there. Josh's Anime Sheet Music Index has grown substantially, though...)

Nope. I was originally Miestheredmage, then Mies, then M. Laziness at it's best.

Its always nice to see old members back, even if I wasn't around at the time :heh:. But greetings all the same. Hopefully without sounding pompous, I'm one of the new generation of moderators. You probably won't see too much of me since my final year of school is keeping me pretty busy lol. I just lurk around mostly now and do the housekeeping. Again, good to see an old member though. :)

Like one time, we had a random nobody who decided to fake needing some help and then throw it back in our faces with an outrageous ending to the story. I think he was banned from that. XD If not, he should have been.

Does anyone remember the arcade games we had on here? :D I once held first place for a little while on the breaking blocks game. B) But then I had to eat dinner, so I stopped. Then someone with about 12 hours of free time on his hands decided to double it. XD

Wow, that's a new one. XD I was talking about a guy having troubles with something at home--I think with his parents. The conversation went on a few pages before the end. That just-as-fake end is what I remember: he was in his bedroom, his mother came in and gave him oral sex (his words: "I was in heaven."), and then ninjas came in through the window to try to kill them or something like that. :blink: He claimed that most of the people who tried to help him don't really care; they're just faking. He also said it was just meant to be a joke.

We haven't really had much contact with each other but to refresh your memory, I was the one who made sprites of everyone's characters in the RP...then I stopped for some reason I don't remember anymore hahaha

I leveled up, no more sprites but actual animation nowadays
I still have those sprite somewhere in my hard drive btw, it's nice looking at them once in awhile to see where everything started :P

RP died and after a few months of absolutely no activity we decided to remove it.

The big change is the shift of focus from the general forums to the music sections. The drama of old Ichigo's is a memory of the past now.

I used to have an Ichigo's Window's Live Messenger friend's list, however when I realized that out of the 40 odd people I had on there, I only talked to X, HC, and Gekkei, I moved them over to my regular friends and deleted the ichigo's friend's list.

I still talk to a select few people--though rare. Some of us used to be part of "Organization V"--we're just a bunch of MSN friends, and then WLM came and screwed things up further. :P Yay, Windows. (One of the MSN friends I still talk to is banned from here. XD I can't remember what she did. Backing up Wraith and Malus Darkblade, maybe? RP idea thieves.)

I still have a bunch of people from here on my friends list, but I don't talk to any of them. I used to talk a little to DiamondSeraph (I think?) randomly. Even Sephiroth talked to me once thinking I was Roy Mustang (Spiky? Or is that someone else...?) because I was having fun with my friends by being the character. XD

And to think most of it started in the Forum Games for me, meeting the not-yet-banned girl and convincing me to get MSN Messenger. :D

I think I should also consider cleaning out my facebook profile to remove people I never really interact with. It'll become a very empty facebook but at least the people who're there will be people I actually know XD
