You should at least wait until some Midi files are available I actually do all of my sheet music transcriptions completely by ear with a piano keyboard in front of me, so I'll be fine without any MIDI files, as long as there's a clear recording of the song.

Perhaps Ghirahim's Theme and Ghirahim's Battle Theme? Those two sound really neat.

The main theme, Symphony of The Goddesses, is pretty much Zelda's Lullaby played backwards with a little bit of rearranging. Hope this helps! ;)

I was able to play through the first act of the game during Thanksgiving, and right now, I'm considering to transcribe "Fi's Theme" and "Ballad of the Goddess." I might consider "Ghirahim's Theme" since it's pretty short and simple. I'll be busy for the next two weeks due to classes and final exams, but once my Christmas Break begins, I'll start getting to work with transcribing Skyward Sword piano solo sheet music :)
