For Piano? Usually you'll have to play the bass clef using your left hand, the top treble clef using your right hand, and, for the middle treble clef, seeing which hand will be the best choice to use depending on what you're playing on your other hands. It depends on the context of the piece. Which piece is it?

If it's a piano piece, then what clarinetist said.
If it's an actual song, then the first line will be the voice part (or other instrument) and the bottom two the piano accompaniment.

It's 'Samson' by Regina Spektor here:

I'll just play the middle part treble clef and the bass clef?
Anyway. Thanks. :):)

Yes, that's it !
As you can see, there is a bracket which join the (2nd) treble clef and the bass clef. This usually means that it's a piano part; so, as others said: treble to right hand and bass to left hand :)

Top line is the lead (for singing or for note emphasis). The lower treble and bass clef are for playing on the piano.

Well, if you want to play it solo (not accompanied with another instrument), play the top line and the bottom line. Ignore the 2nd line. It will make it easier !:D

Just like everyone else said, the top line is for the vocals. The bottom two are for the piano part. X)
