Does anybody know of a recording software which I can download for free (legally). I want to record something that's about 5 minutes long, and I can only find programs which only allow you to record for up to 3 minutes.

Its shareware, but its not annoying (you can record as much as you need, it just builds up a "toll" then doesn't let you do anything else until you save and close and reopen)

Wavepad (http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/) has worked nicely for me. Admittably, I haven't had it very long... but it's completely free; not even shareware. Looks like it just sticks some ads for other stuff from this company at the bottom of the screen.
