I'm just wondering if anyone has the piano sheet for "Kanade", which is track 4 on the Angel Beats! 2nd OST disk. I've done quite a bit of searching and cannot seem to find one; it's quite an obscure piece of music. Here is the YouTube link (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sIq_FRAQ28M).

I would really appreciate it if someone could either provide or transcribe this piece, as it is quite special to me, and I wish very dearly to be able to play it.
