Basically I've hand transcribed the song, but it's just dots and it's not in the proper standard format. I need someone who has the ability/tools to turn my hand dots into a digital copy with the proper notation.

I have transcribed a version for piano and vibraphone (which is basically the piano part as in the original and everything else reduced to the vibraphone part as much as possible). It can be found on my website. http://sperion.web.fc2.com/

I hate synthesia and I don't really understand your draft, so please excuse me for not checking my version against them (as I transcribed from the soundtrack). I am probably not going to reduce it to a piano solo score, but it should be easy to see from the pf+vib score that only a few notes on the upper piano stave have to be omitted for piano solo - mostly r.h. playing the vibraphone part, l.h. playing both piano parts, and ignoring the vibraphone double stops in the middle section.

Edit: I ended up reducing my pf+vib score to a pf solo score. Also corrected a typo in the pf+vib score. Both are updated on my website. (It is possible to further omit some notes in the pf solo score to make it easier to play, but I will let the performer decide the difficulty.)
