Anyone had the chance to play it yet? I played it today with a couple of friends, and I liked it. It's almost identical to MGS2, both in story and gameplay. I think the gameplay sucks sometimes.. it's hard to see the enemy because of weird camera angles, and it's hard to aim with the analog stick. I love the storyline though. I'm eager to find out more and more all the time. It seems like there's a group in MSG3 similiar to the "Dead Cell" or whatever it was called in MGS2. From what I saw, there was a guy with the power of Electricity, another guys very similiar to Raven (MGS1) and an old guy with weird eyes. @_@

Ah, and Ocelot is back. ^.^

Well, there's this traditional "Hey Snake, press the action button to climb trees!" sort of thing, which is always amusing. :)

@Harv: MSG2's story is genious. It's a post-modern masterpiece, yet the world's not ready to see something that advanced.

MGS3 does have its perks, for instance eating animals.

Played a bit. Loved the gameplay. Watched the ending. Ending was terrible.

I've played MGS1 and that happens to be one of my favourite games ever. It seems like Konami got waay too confident after MGS1, they started to try too hard on the story.

I've played all the series before MGS3 except for the very first Metal gear. The one before Meryl and all that.

Anyways, is MGS3 the continuation story from #2? if it is then I wanna play it. haha. but for MGS2, abit confusing, was everything a simulation or was it real or something for that matter? O_o

MGS3 is not a sequel for MGS2. Snake Eater is played in the 60's.

Gah!! I'm fighting a boss. The Sorrow? how the crap you get rid of this guy? He's like some ghost that can instantly kill you about at the end...

man i loved it. did anyone defeat the extreme level? i need help on it. theres enemys everywhere.

Did u see the movies with EVA in them? X_X

and eternity if u are still having trouble with the sorrow. u dont kill him for he is already dead. u have to let him kill u. once u die use the revial pill. so then u can go on with the game and major zero and signit will explain the rest after u revived yourself.

i played it and i didnt like the camra angles either.

and what u said spazinthedark u dont even have to go to the end lol all you have to do is drown yourself at the begining

but you dont get the spirit camo though which sucks cause u can us that to illiminate your footstep noises to the gaurds.

and whats the deal with the stupied frogs. man u have to shoot them and if u shoot them all than you get stealth.

I wouldn't mind playing it, seeing as from what I read it got good scores. But since I live in the UK, I have to wait till march for it's release, which is annoying.
