Also, if you can arrange it for String Orchestra specifically, that would be wonderful. It's what I could best work worth. But if you can't, that's okay.

Only one, I'm afraid. Our other bassist graduated last year.

Is there any chance you'll be able to get a cellist to play another bass? I'm about 1 minute in and the bass is mostly a two part divisi

That sounds fine. The violinists in the orchestra are fairly capable, so a solo would be lovely.
