Does anyone know a good program where I can design a magazine cover!?

what do you mean, design. the designing happens with a pencil and a piece of paper. the making of which probably involves stuff like InDesign and Photoshop.

Pretty much *any* mid-to-high price Graphics program (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.) should probably serve your needs.

well, illustrator is geared more towards vector imaging, so i don't think it'd be your primary tool.

I think there's this program called Adobe pagemaker.

Our school uses it to make the yearbook. Try that one out.

MS Publisher is nice for newsletters/magazines and stuff like that... may be a bit of overkill in your case though.
