Hi all,
I hope this is the right section to ask this.
I play the lever harp and I would really like to play some piano pieces on it.
Because of the limits of my harp I can`t play all the pieces I want, and some piano pieces require too many changes to be played on my harp and I`m not always able to do that.
I`m searching for someone that can understand the limits of my harp ( of course I`ll give you all the details) and arrange a few piano pieces for my harp.
I have a 36 string harp tuned in E flat, so all the A-B and E are flat.
I can move the lever of each string up to make those flat became normal and the normal became sharp (so I cannot make a flat become sharp with a lever change), but it`s quite hard to do lever changes while playing a piece (pedal harps have pedals for that), this is why one of the main thing to keep in mind if you want to take this job is to try to not have any lever change during the play.
It`s ok if the piece get simplified in the process, I`m not hoping to mantain the complexity of the piano piece.
Please reply here or contact me if you are interested in this (I prefer someone with experience).
I know this would be a time consuming job and of course I`m willing to pay.
Thank you
Daniele
