I couldn't find the sheet music for the track 'le festin' composed by Michael Giacchino for the movie Ratatouille. I am a beginner - a complete noob to be honest. But even for the trained ear it's a difficult track to figure out (I estimate so from the variations there're on youtube).
Here are a few Youtube links:

This is the original song from the movie. The singer is Camille. It's really beautiful.
2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpVtMN8OXAM
This is by far the best piano only track that I have heard (perhaps closest to the original), but the uploader is trying to sell the music sheet.
3. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1X4KHbTwKNQ
This is the next best, but I guess he's made a few errors.
Please note: I am NOT looking for 'le festin d'esope'. Actually when I started my search I was looking for a .midi file to be used with synthesia, but sheet music should be good enough.
