Game - Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Problem - Does anyone know where the flying school is?

LOTR return of the king, does anyone know if they can lvl up past 20? the exp. needed to lvl up keeps increasing when i reach it and it won't go past lvl 20. is that supposed to happen?

Oh man, how many times does this question need to be answered =_=

The Flying School has to be unlocked through a mission later on in the game. Till then you can't enter it. However, if its just flying you want to do, park a car next to the Los Santos Airport and jump over the fence. Inside is a Dodo and a Shamal. If you fly around for about 25 - 30 minutes you should rack up about 20% Flying Skill which in turn gives you a Pilot's License, thus giving you access to all Airports, but not the flying school..
