Okay, i want to know what the best but most affordable soundcard i could buy that gives me the option to import soundfonts onto my computer...i'd also like to know exactly how i would be able to do that.

Any decent Soundblaster cards will do. To use soundfonts, just import them via the software that comes with the soundcard (often named AudioHQ). If you don't get any software, you can download it from Soundblaster's homepage.
