I'm surprised this topic hasn't been made yet. :mellow: Anyway, I like some of their songs. I find most of them being crap though - pure crap. Then there are some songs I could never stop listening to. Strange, huh? Fade to Black and Enter Sandman has been on my playlist for an eternity now. ^_^

So, anyone here who likes Metallica?

My friends kept on playing Metallica in high school, the only reason why I know they exist, hehe.

Nothing Else Matters is kind of nice, one of their songs I can tolerate. Fade to Black isn't too bad in the middle parts. Master of Puppets is impressive for its speed/virtuosity.

Well I think it's pritty clear what I think of Metallica

But they have a few song that are really bad aspecially on their oldest cd's. But I love most of their music

metallica is awesome, i like their older cd's better though. it's way better then all that "rap" garbage

hm..they seem pretty cool, never heard of their song, but i see them practically everywhere hahah

Yay, me and my friends are going to play some Metallica songs for our test at school next term. I better go practise on the guitar..

I&#39;m not too fond of what I&#39;ve heard really, I think they are slightly overrated..

Indeed =/ I guess you have to be really into their genre of music to get why they are so hyped. I only like 4 of their countless songs, but those songs captured me at once =]

Fade to Black is of course the favourite, as I love the acoustic parts.

^ I kind of feel the same. I haven&#39;t heard much of Metallica&#39;s work, and most of what I have heard was a little much for me. Though once, in highschool, my teacher played an awsome instrumental version of "Nothing Else Matters."
