Name of song - Piano.mp3 is the filename it came in.
Name of anime/game it comes from - I honestly forgot and cannot find the game anymore. It was a doujin, probably an H-game. :X

I apologize for the lack of information on the game itself. This song was the thing that stood out to me most about the game, which is why I've saved it even after a few reformats and the such. It's sort of lost to time, but I don't think it was that fun of a game. Like jankenpon incest or something lol
