What is your favorite character in Soul Caliber II? Mine is Xianghua, because I know most of her combos. ^_^

I like Yoshimitsu and Xianghua. The game is pretty entertaining, but it gets repetitive =/

i like link as well because he's classic and i love the zelda games so i pick him just because

I like samurai, so Yoshimitsu should be my favorite. But alas, Raphael is just too effective. All you have to do is keep pressing the vertical attack button, and as long as your opponent doesn't know how to do a break, you can cut them to ribbons! Great fun! :lol:

^ Oh yeah, that attack fucked the game up completely X_X Sure, you can avoid it and stuff, but once Raphael gets it in a spree, there's no way to counter.

Talim. She's the side step queen. Oppenents can't hit what doesn't stand still.

I use Talim, Link, Sueng Mina and nightmare. I sometimes use Sophitia but I don't really like her weapon.

well, maybe cept my Nightmare and Talim.. guaranteed 90%+ perfect winning rate, Talim with soul caliber is undefeatable

Mitsurugi the feel is just right, not as good as in sc on the dc with the fishing rod maybe but those days will probably never return, it was fun with the rod

I'm with you link! Gamecube rocks. One point of the game I don't like, however is you can win by continually slashing someone. (Or they can win against you too! -_- )

Talim used to be my favorite but along came Ivy! :D I love using her! Her whip thingie is so much fun. I know how use most of her combos...which makes her even more fun to use.

mine would be talim she's very fast on her side steps
though i played more with cassandra im still better with talim

I don't know, I played Soul Calibur 2 for a while, its a bit of a button masher I reckon.

Talim all the way!!! Quick and powerful is the way to go in this game.

Quick and powerful is definitely more Nightmare(surprisingly) and Cassandra. Talim is all speed and no power X_X

Xianghua is strong and quick. She doesn't have those, "lose half health in one move" attacks, but I don't like those anyway! ^_^

whoooo, Soul Caliber 2!! Fave chars??? Cervantes of course is first, and is just plain the very best.... next is Raphael (i am one of the phew that actually utilizes ALL of Raphael's deadly moves, making him far more dangerous when i use him than when someone uses him cheaply).... after that it's Kilik (he;s just cool, darn it), then Ivy, then finally Huang

Yeah, go Talim! I used to be good with Mitsurugi, but I haven't played with him in a while.

Has anyone been able to that one girl's complex-to-do grabs? I really can't remember names. She's the one with the sword that can also turn into a sharp whip. Ivy?
