Two months ago I bought a Casio CDP 220-R for the purpose of composing covers of my own. It's a nice digital piano (though not the best. Yamahas are expensive here ). The thing is, I don't know which software to start with, which is best, which specializes in what. So I thought, "I could dig up my Ichigo's account and ask there". ^_^ And so, I'm looking for software that can...
a. make corrections/add notes to a MIDI recording
b. change the instrument of a track
c. record what I play instead of using the Casio's built-in recording function (preferably software that is able to "read" dynamics...if that's possible)
One more thing I'd like to ask: is it better to record the playing of a digital piano through its built-in record function, or using a voice recorder?
