From a Super Mario Bros concept album back in the 1990s. I'm actually surprised this hasn't been done yet by somebody somewhere, but this is somewhat urgent - so if anybody is willing to transcribe it or send me a link to sheet music for it, that would be lovely.
For Piano, and if you're transcribing it - you only need to go up to the 2:05 mark of the song, unless you feel the need to transcribe the whole thing.
