If anybody has any basic sheets for this song, I would be forever grateful!

The original version of the song does have a piano in it, but it's too hidden in the mix for me to be able to transcribe it note-for-note. As I'm not a pianist, I'm not very capable of making an arrangement myself... However, if it would help at all, I could make a lead sheet, where only the melody is present along with chord names above the staff.
