Hi, I just joined this site because the lack of viola music. I remember back when I was a 2-3 year player I looked at this site looking for music sheets. I was disappointed when I visited.
Now, I just learned how to play piano & I can transcribe things a lot easier. I wish VIOLAS TO BE KNOW. I WILL HELP LEAD THE WAY. I am not talented in hearing music then copy what I am hearing so I need like a piano part, cello part, violin part, you know the popular instrument parts so I can transcribe. I prefer not to do band instrument parts because it's confusing & I don't understand it. But if thats that is out there I can try to work my magic. :D:sorc:

I was wondering if you could take a piano or violin solo for Crime and Punishment from Fullmetal Alchemist? It's easy to find both, but not viola music:(
Thanks is you can ;D

Yup I sure can. There are two ways I can to do this. 1st is I can transcribe it directly from Violin, but it has the highest notes of A, C, D and say hello to 8th position (it's so high I guess-estimated that position) oh jesus that's high and a lot of leisure lines in Alto clef. the 2nd is I can transcribe it an octave lower, It will still sound the same but just lower and you can stay in 1st position the ENTIRE TIME :DDD EASINESS!!
it's completely up to you or I can do both if you want

Ok got it done. :neko::punk:http://www.mediafire.com/view/346ckvjo3rrrs9x/c&pfullviolapg.pdf

I did it an octave lower for easiness and plus I studied this song & it is very rich. Work that viola just right & it can be done better on viola than violin (in my opinion). The C string was meant to be rich thus why people describe it as melting chocolate.
