Go to "Go Advanced"
Scroll down to the "Additional Options" section and click on the button saying "Manage Attachments"
On the new window, click the "+ Add Files" button, then "Basic Uploader", and then click "Choose..."
Search for the file, then click on it then click open, and it should be attached.
