Transcribe for: violin or piano, but the latter is prefered (I play violin and I presume most violin sheets are simpler than piano ones?).

It's a very sweet song and do sound really "affectionate". I've been desperately searching for hours for the music sheet but to no avail :( I hope somebody have some free time to transcribe it. I'll be very grateful.
